1. Information, not offers

Hourly rates, airport guidance, flight times and examples on this site are general information. They do not form an offer, and real prices and suitability depend on the aircraft, the airports, the dates and the operator.

2. Quotes and the charter agreement

No quote is binding until a charter agreement has been signed. The operating carrier for your flight is disclosed to you before you book. As a broker we do not own or operate aircraft, and the FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) carrier holds operational control of each flight.

3. Availability

Aircraft, airports and times are subject to confirmation by the operator, and an operator may decline or reschedule a flight for safety, weather, maintenance or crew duty reasons. Airport restrictions can also change.

4. Taxes and fees

Quotes include the taxes and fees known when issued, such as the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees for US domestic flights. Charges imposed later by governments or airports, and items that vary on the day such as de-icing, are handled as your charter agreement states.

5. Cancellations and changes

The cancellation and change terms in your charter agreement apply to your trip. They vary by operator and by how close to departure you are.

6. Liability

We offer this website as it stands. Within what the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss linked to its use. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be removed.

7. Governing law

United States law and the law of the State of New York govern these terms.

8. Changes

When we update these terms, the new version and its effective date will appear here.
