What the form collects

Your name, email and phone number. The trip: your nearest airport or town, destination, dates, passengers and any notes. Two background details travel with it: the page you came from, and campaign labels if the link you followed carried them. The airport finder works inside your browser, and the boxes you tick there are not sent to us.

Why we use it

To find airports and aircraft for the trip and send you options; to arrange the flight if you book; and, only if you opted in, to tell you about empty legs and good-value flights near you. You can opt out of those from any of the emails themselves.

Who sees it

The operating carriers we ask to price or fly your trip, and the services that help us run the business, such as the one that sends our email. Each sees only what it needs. Your details are not for sale, to anyone, at any price.

How long we hold it

If you fly with us, we keep the booking records for as long as tax, legal and accounting rules require. If you only asked for a price, we clear the request out once it has no further use. An opt-in to offers stays until you cancel it.

Your choices

Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, for a correction, or for deletion. The simplest way is to answer any email we have sent you; you can also write your request in the notes box of the quote form.

Cookies

None, beyond what the site strictly needs to work. There is no tracking, no profiling and no third-party code on these pages.

Children

We do not knowingly accept requests from anyone under 16. Names of children travelling with an adult are only gathered when that adult books.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your details, though no system online is completely risk-free. There is no need to put passport or payment details in the form.
