How it works

How it works, from your town to the runway

What happens when you ask for a quote, how airports and aircraft get matched, who flies you, and what we will and will not do.

Start with where you are

Most charter searches start with a destination. We start one step earlier, with where you are. Give us an airport if you have one in mind, or simply your town, and we look at every airport within reasonable reach that private jets use.

Matching the airport and the aircraft

An airport only works if your aircraft can use it at the time you want to fly. For each option we check runway length against the aircraft and the conditions, opening and tower hours, noise rules, customs if you are returning from abroad, and the drive at the hour you travel.

We also look at where suitable aircraft are based. Empty positioning flights are usually billed, so an aircraft parked on your local field, or one heading your way anyway, can make a real difference to the price.

Who flies you

Private Jet Charter Near Me is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. The operator is responsible for the crew, the maintenance and every decision about whether the flight goes, including weather and duty limits.

The standards behind each option

Part 135 certification is the legal baseline for US charter, and the foreign equivalent applies abroad. Many operators also hold audit ratings from ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO, and we tell you which ones when we send the option.

What to expect after you ask

  1. A charter advisor reviews the trip and may ask a quick question, such as luggage or how flexible your timing is.
  2. You receive options by email: the aircraft, the departure airport, the operator and an all-in price.
  3. When you choose, you sign a charter agreement that names the operating carrier, then pay.
  4. Before the day, you get the private terminal details. Most passengers arrive a little before departure and walk straight to the aircraft.

What we never do

  • Charge to ask, or ask for a membership or deposit before you see prices.
  • Advertise fake availability or made-up live prices.
  • Sell your details to anyone.

Ready when you are

Tell us your nearest airport and where you are going. We will send all-in options from certificated operators.
